Heading to Foresetidale

Basil glances away nervously. "Well, some other time then. I must admit. I haven't heard much about you." He half smiles. I hope what you've heard about me was good at least. But um... How did you meet my sister? Has she been behaving?"

Sylissa smiles as she looks between Saige and Storm and sees the love in their eyes. "Favorite person huh? Well I'm very glad you've made such a good friend." She smiles again, glancing at Basil and Jade, then back to Storm and Saige.

Jade nervously laughs and avoids talking about herself.

"Saige is a handful in the best way. She is so loyal and kindhearted. We met just by chance in Volaire. And we have been great friends ever since."

Jade rubs her arm and looks to Saige. She smiles and then turns back to Basil.

"But trust me, we keep each other well protected."

At Storm's comment, and her mom following with her own, Saige begins coughing. After a moment, she recovers, then laughs nervously.

"Anyway! We came to check on you, and tell you news!" Saige looks to Jade urgently. "Jade, come help me tell the news!"

Jade hears her name and is relieved that she is excused from her awkward intention. She hurries over to the group.

"Oh! Yes! Great news indeed! I am happy to report that Saige is not on death's doorstep. It was all just a misunderstanding. Yes."

Jade nods as she talks.

"Ahahaha Jade you're so funny!" Saige moves to stand beside Jade and puts an arm on her shoulder. "That's our Jade, the jokester. She loves making jokes. Isn't she hilarious?"

She flashes Jade a panicked look.

"Noooo, the actual news! The news that we came here for, that Jade would have told you after her jokes, was that we know where pretty much everyone else is! And we're going to go get them!"
