A portal opens...

Excitedly, Astra stares back without fear, but with astute curiosity. She sees the head tilt, excited upon recognition. She digs out the bowl, showing it to the being.

“My name is Astra! I’m a mystical oddity hunter for evil beings! Are you mayhaps looking for this? If so, is it possible to talk?”

Miquella looks up to see and hear Astra. He shoots around to see her have the bowl in her hand talking to the guardian. “You need to back off!”

Noticing Miquella, Astra gives him a look of confusion, putting the bowl away. “Uhm, why? Did I offend it?”

She looks back up at the tall being, looking at its face for any sort of emotion.

"My... my skin. It felt like... I was engulfed in flames."

Jade says still trying to catch her breath.

"I don't know what happened. But I know that bowl is some kind of necromantic vampire item. It's filled with vampire blood."

(OOC: before Miquella looked human. Now he has Golden sigils all over his body.)

After a few minutes, Selena climbs back up the stairs, sword still clutched tightly in her hands, growl still in her voice as she speaks.
"Someone let me out.... Now!"
