Mari steps out of a tree...

near the tavern. A small chipmunk rushes up her leg to her shoulder and the two begin chittering back and forth with one another as Mari finds a spot under the tree to sit and relax, pulling out a small bag of seeds to snack on as she and her furry friend converse.

*a bird appears with a bundle of cloth tied around a shiny rock. The cloth appears to be a letter addressed to Mari, stamped with a Guild of Light symbol*

Mari extends her hand for the bird to land, offering them a bit of seed as she takes the note, setting the bird down for them to enjoy their snack as she reads.

*The letter reads:

Hi Mari,

I am having Miquella write this letter to you; because I have something important to tell you, and I cannot reach you.

I was trying to find you to let you know that I meet the person who took the fairies. He seems to be my friend now, but there is a big chance you will not like him. We need to talk soon about it please!

Also, there is a lot that has happened and I want to tell you everything. Plus, we need to get back to your training on pranking people. I have a lot of stuff in mind for this training. Please send a response via fox since they are my favorite. If a fox is not available please send a response by bird or raccoon.

I miss you and hope to see you soon

Mari reads over the note then quickly stands up, startling the bird which she apologizes to and follows to the light guild, tucking the fabric note into her bag on the way.
