Conversation Prompt - React as your character?

Volaire LARP Staff wants to know...

What does the phrase "react as your character" mean to you?

To me "react as your character" means if someone is talking to you as their character you in turn should do the same as yours.

React as your character to me means to respond as your character would to a situation, statement, event, ect. Even if it is not how you would react, if your character would do it, just do it. In that, it is also a reminder that everyone is reacting as their character would and you shouldn't take anything personally. Just because I would kill you as my character does not mean I don't like you in real life.
