Saige visiting family...

One evening, just as the sun is setting, Saige and Storm can be seen heading towards the Forsetidale embassy building. She knocks on the door, intending to go visit her family.

The door opens and a knight stands on the other side. He looks the two over and smiles. "You must be Saige and.... Storm?"

Storm nods. "We met before?"

The knight shakes his head. "Oh not officially. I've seen you coming and going and the Baroness has ordered us to allow the two of you entrance whenever you wish." He steps aside. "Come inside."

The knight leads them through the embassy making small talk about the weather and food shortage. He leads them through to the portal and escorts them through.

On the other side, another knight takes over and leads them through the town to the safe house. The guards exchange greetings and allow Saige and Storm inside.

Inside is chaos as usual. The twins are playing some sort of game with an undead chicken, Valerian is looking at himself in a mirror and practicing pick up lines, Fennel is busy cleaning up chicken feathers and chasing the twins around with a broom, Sylissa and Ruvean are in the kitchen speaking loudly to one another to be heard over the sounds in the living area. They appear to be attempting to make something but whether it is edible or an alchemical solution is impossible to tell.

Saige takes in the chaos, grinning. She steps forward, and very loudly shouts, "HI EVERYBODYYYY!"

Everyone drops what they are doing, quite literally as Sylissa drops the wooden spatula from her hand and Saffron drops the chicken on it's head. The chicken sqwaks and runs off while the twins run towards Saige and tackle her in a hug.

"Saiiiiige! Oh it's been too long!" She runs across the living area, leaping over the couch as she goes to wrap her arms around Saige as well.

Valerian winks at Storm and stands up from the couch. "Saige! I'm glad you're here! How is my future wife?"

Ruvean stands in the kitchen doorway and leans against the frame, smiling.

Storm jumps back as the twins and Sylissa tackle Saige in a hug. She looks up in time to catch Valerian's wink, raising an eyebrow in question, then she looks passed him to wave at Ruvean. Ruvean returns the wave.

Saige laughs as they tackle her, and she picks all of them up in a tight hug. She looks over to Ruvean and says a quick, "Hi Dad!"

At Valerian's comment, Saige turns to him, confused. She sets everyone down.

"I hope you're not talking about Storm, Valerian. Because we'd have to fight, and I can totally kick your ass now!" She gives him an evil grin. "But don't worry, I'm working on finding you somebodyyyy."

She looks around at everyone, and her smile falters. She gets quiet and looks to Sylissa.

"How is Cassia? Sorry I haven't come to see him yet..."

Valeria shakes his head. "Oh no! I know Storm is off limits." He winks at her again and Storm just gives him a confused look. "I am referring to my beauty of the night. The one with the dark eyes like looking into the night sky."

Sylissa looks a little sad. "He seems okay but he's been more quiet that usual. He stays in his room most of the time but he does join us for meals. He was very worried about you. And Ginger, Anise, and Laurel. He just wants the family together again I think."
