Zukar leans forward on his elbows and drops his face in his hands. He sighs. "Vesta... Darling..."

He brings his hands together and drags them down his face. "You realize these are dragons, correct? I am angry about Zinna as well. She should not have had to die the way she did. She should have been rescued. But he refused. And yes, he threatened me... But Vesta, he didn't threaten me for asking him for help."

He drops back into his chair. "These are dragons, Vesta. Dragons!"

He looks over at her. "If Jedash says he will level the town because of this, he will. And he wouldn't have to have an army." He tenses and his eyes widen. "And that is just speaking of Jedash. I'm not even sure what Kalil is capable of anymore."

Zukar looks over at Jade and then back at Vesta. "I know you think this is funny but it is far from it. Jedash is involved."

He drops his face back into his palms.
