An explanation for a complex emotion

“I’m sure he’ll be fine. He’s just hurting for members. But maybe some healers will spring up after the dust settles.” She chuckles. “Heh. If only undead could heal. Can they…?”

She zones out for a second on her trail of thought, then focuses on Storm and Jade.

“I guess it’s just us three.”

She leans in and whispers to Storm. “We have to set Jade up to do the love with Basil.” She smiles mischievously.

Storm bursts into laughter and then leans back in to whisper. "I dunno. We can try but ultimately it's up to them right? Can't force something to happen but we certainly try." She straightens and looks to Jade. "You coming with us or got Baronial stuff to do?"

Jade watches Miquella leave and spaces out for a moment.

"What? Me? Oh yes I would love to join."

Jade follows the group.
