"If it's just dead in a field, I will use an animation spell. Then essentially it is just a basic skeleton with whatever abilities it had when it died. But if you want something higher tiered then you need to cast a ritual. This will be the difference between having a skeletal dragon verses casting a lich ritual and having a dracolich. And that scroll specifically I do not have. I am pretty sure it's super rare."
