NPC vs PC Posts, KNOW THE DIFFERENCE! was created by a Guest
Hello there, Volairians!
It has come to our attention that it may be a bit confusing when our staff members create posts as multiple NPCs; especially when those same staff members also have normal Player Characters they are also posting as.
In an effort to make this slightly less confusing, we are working on a new system that will help identify such posts so that you can tell at a glance who the staff member is posting as.
You will begin noticing this icon at the tops of some posts:
If you see this icon on the post, that means that the staff member is posting as an NPC and that you should look for name or description within the post so that you know who you're interacting with.
If there is no icon, and the staff member is posting in an In-Play forum, then it is safe to assume that they are posting as their regular Player Character.
This system is still in the process of being implemented so please be patient as we roll it out. Not every post will get caught by the system at first, and we're aware of that. But more and more posts will be affected over time.
