Professor Kiran Glacierheart stands tall and lanky, his slender frame belying his immense strength. His scales shimmer with an iridescent blue and white, like the frozen depths of an ancient glacier. His eyes, piercing ice blue, hold the wisdom of ages, hinting at the vast knowledge he possesses. His face, though lined with the passage of time, retains an air of youthful vigor, a testament to his draconian heritage.
His long, flowing beard, the color of freshly fallen snow, cascades down his chest, adding to his regal bearing. His hands, slender and agile, are adorned with intricate silver rings, each bearing a unique magical symbol. His voice, deep and resonant, echoes the power of his spells.
"Yes, of course. If you would please follow me."
He leads Jade and Miquella through the vast corridors of the Academy, which are bustling with activity as Draconian Soldiers scurry about making repairs and organizing the massive array of tomes, artifacts, furniture, and other bits as they prepare for the readmittance of students.
At length, the group approaches and descends a wide spiraling staircase that terminates at a stone wall. The Headmaster touches the tip of his claw to the masonry, which falls away and vanishes to reveal an archway. As the last escort passes through, the wall rebuilds itself, sealing off the passage. The passageway is lined with golems of various shapes and sizes, each of them standing motionless as silent sentinels with their eyes fixed on the section of the hall immediately in front of them. As you approach the end of the hallway, an amber crystal embedded in the wall begins to glow brightly. Kiran waves his hand dismissively.
"Pay that no mind. It is merely detecting the presence of active magical effects. This area is incredibly secure. My deepest respect to the original designers."
He leads you into a dauntingly capacious room filled with sundry items resting upon stone counters, each of which is accompanied by a palm-sized blue gem.
"And here we are! The gems you see are part of a system connected to the classroom and lecture hall above us. They project the artifact's likeness into the hands of whomever summons it so that the artifact can be examined by students without the item itself ever leaving the security of its current placement."
He smiles and looks around the space in admiration,
"Now then... I believe the item you are looking for is over here..."
