Selena and Miquella...

approach the guild. Joy radiating off the no longer darkness attuned knightmaster, evident in the slight bounce in her step and extra jingle of the coins on her hip scarves.

"Outer, ward, Down!" Selena says and hops over the threshold, waiting for Miquella before she raises it once more. "Outer ward up. Inner ward down!" She commands with some oomph, wiggling her fingers at the ward as she looks at it in question, then scrunches her nose at it when it doesn't lower for her.

"Oh well, worth a shot... Marquanthis!"
She hollers joyfully, giggling. "I usually holler for Sparky but it's your turn Marquanthiiiisssss..."

She grins at Miquella and waits for the ward to be lowered, also hopping over it as she enters and spins around, stopping to look directly at one of the light guardians in the room.

"You! Are much less dangerous now! High five! No, like ..."
She sighs as the guardian doesn't move or respond to her at all and just pats them on the shoulder. "You'll get there one day buddy."

Miquella smiles at Selena as she radiates happiness. Her presence providing extra warmth as he walks along side her. When making their way into the guild. Miquella purposely waits for Marquanthis.
”I am going to wait to open the inner ward. I would love to see his expression.”

Marquanthis enters the common room with cup and saucer in hand. He walks up to the resurrection circle and takes a seat beside it. He finally looks up at the doors of the guild, pausing momentarily as his eyes drift over Selena. He let's out a soft "hm" and then raises the cup to his lips and sips.

Selena's jaw drops at Marquanthis' response and she stares at him for a few seconds too long before she straightens her back and clears her throat, blinking hard and shaking her head. She turns to Miquella the smile, now dulled slightly, back on her face. "Welp. That was quick."

She takes a step towards the outer ward, then turns back to Miquella.
"I'll talk to you later. I need to check on the meeting anyway." Without waiting for a response, she lowers and raises the outer ward and steps out headed towards her portal.

Miquella nods and heads to his room. “Inner ward down” he steps through “inner ward up”
