An older man with salt and pepper hair and a long, matching beard climbs out of a little boat with a bucket in hand. Water sloshes over the edges as he steps onto the dock, adding water to his already dirty and smelly tunic.
He sets the bucket down and stretches his back, groaning in the process. "Too old to be doin' th-" He pauses mid stretch as he sees the odd little horned girl approaching. "Oi! Docks ain't no place for no lil' girls! Dang'rous out here."

She snaps her attention to the old man. "Danger? Where? Is there money involved in this danger?"
She looks around expectedly. "I'm a bit broke." She shrugs. "The other me collected rocks instead of money." She rolls her eyes. "Idiot."

The fisherman raises an eyebrow as he looks the girl over. "Children shouldn't play on the docks. Could fall in and I ain't saving ya!" He begins turning back towards his boat, speaking mostly to himself. "Drown fer all I care. Folks need ta keep better eyes on them kids."
He glances at her out of the corner of his eye and his voice softens. "Strange lookin' ain't ya. Don't see yer kind 'round here. Whatcha doin' out here by yerself girlie?"

She sighs and rubs the bridge of her nose. "Ok. Imma stop you right there. Not a child. Haven't been one for a very _very_ long time. and I'm a fairie. Fire fairie to be exact." The multi colored veins representing the four elements inside her show that's clearly a lie, but she holds her head up and stands up taller as she says she's fire.

The fisherman turns to face the Faerie and after a few silent moments breaks out into a grin. "Yer like the old Guild mistress of the Guild of Light. She was one a you. 'Cept if I recall... She didn't like you fire things." He lets out a deep laugh. "Blew one of them fire things sky high as I remember. Saved my hide though. I was younger then. Dumber too." He sighs. "But 'ere I am ramblin'." He looks her over again. "Whatcha want, gi- young lady. Work?"

"I'll have to avoid her then and Yeah if ya know of any work. Something not involving water though. Not a big fan. Don't really know why I even came this way but whatever." She thinks to herself for a moment then looks back at him. "Bandits? I can deal with like a small group of bandits or something. Specially if they're alive and human. Humans are easy. Usually die quick without too much hassle. Can't get much for their parts though."
