Kalil and a handful of guards make their way to the Orc village about a week after the attack. He is wearing a Grey tunic and black pants with daggers on either hip and the Draconian favor hanging on his belt. On his hip, just behind the dagger, is a medium sized brown bag that hangs heavily. It tinkles with the sound of glass against glass as he walks.

He passes through the gate of the village with a nod to the guards who bow as he passes. Once inside, he finds the nearest Orc.

[In fluent Orcish] "Have you seen Saige? The really friendly Elf girl? I need to speak with her."

The Orc nods and points in her general direction.

[In Orcish] "Thanks." He heads off in the direction the Orc indicates. He looks over his shoulder. "Dirk, take your unit and see to any needs the village has. Help however you can. We may be here a while." He waves and they begin to disperse. "Oh! And if you see Blodwulf, send him my way."

Saige sits on the outskirts of the village under her favorite tree. She’s covered in dirt from head to toe, and her boots are nowhere to be seen. Focused, she works to move rocks around in various patterns. Saige hums a simple tune.

She finishes arranging the rocks at the base of the tree, completing the varying shapes that she has made. Smiley faces, hearts, stars, suns, moons, leaves, etc., all take form in the dirt, circling the tree.

Hanging from the tree are trinkets, from glass to metal and bone, all chiming in the breeze. A few of the items hang from what mysteriously appear to be boot laces.

Saige steps back, admiring her work.

Kalil walks up and stands beside Saige, folding his arms across his chest and looking over the various trinkets hanging from the tree. "Huh. Interesting decorations you've got there, Saige. What's it for?"

Saige startles, not expecting anyone to appear. Her face quickly lights up when she recognizes Kalil, however.

“Hi Kalil!” She grins and wipes her hands on her skirts. “This,” she motions towards the tree, “is my project to honor the orc friends and draconian soldiers that we have lost.”

She points out the different rock forms and random trinkets, making sure to show Kalil each one.

“I never want to forget them, so I took some of my favorite things and put them here so maybe they will see them from the stars.”

Saige smiles, looking proud of herself.

Kalil follows along and listens to each explanation, smiling as she explains what it's for. "Wow. You're very thoughtful. I hadn't considered doing anything like this. This will be good for those who want a place to remember." He smiles at Saige and then unfolds his arms. He unties the satchel from his belt and holds it out to Saige. "Um. This is for you. For... Ya know. Keeping me alive. It's not much but I figure you'd be able to use it."

“Ooh what is it?!” She looks in the satchel, eyes lighting up at the contents. “This will help so much! Thank you!”

Saige goes through each of the bottles, mumbling the identification of them, then spots the stone at the bottom of the satchel. She gasps and pulls it out to look.

“This rock is so pretty! I love it. Really Kalil, thank you. You didn’t have to do this, I like helping you because you are my friend.”

She smiles brightly, then her expression turns to that of questioning. “By the way, if you need a wolf for something, you’ll have to be more specific on the when. Just a heads up. Because I can get wolves very fast. What would you even need a wolf for anyway? Would you be making a band? That would be really cool.” Her eyebrows furrow, deep in thought.
