Return to Volaire

About half an hour after Jade sends her note through the portal, Undead begin filtering out of the embassy headed by Lady Katalina herself. She looks around the chaos of Volaire and upon spotting Jade, leads her army of 100 undead over to the Baroness.

"Baroness, apologies for taking so long. What are your orders?"

"Alright, 50 of you start putting out fires. The other 50 are with Lade Katalina and myself. We are going to search and rescue survivors. Let's go!"

The troops split up, 50 of them beginning to go out and put out fires around town while the other 50 and Katalina follow Jade around the city of Volaire. They pull out survivors from under fallen shelters and homes and direct those able to walk to the Guild of Light. Lady Katalina heals any darkness tainted or attuned that she comes in contact with. They make sure to avoid the ongoing battle in the middle of the town.

When they have a moment, Katalina approaches Jade and starts to reach out towards her. "Do you need healing, Baroness?"

Jade shakes her head no.

"Thank you my Lady, but please, save your healing for the townsfolk. They need it more than I do."

Jade looks exhausted though she is trying not to show it. She looks around town to see where to help next.

Saige nods to the man that was pulled from the rubble.

“Are you okay? Need any healing? I don’t mind the help but I want to make sure you aren’t injuring yourself.”

She smiles at the undead who’s helping.

“You’re so cool Mr. Undead Man!”

The man shakes his head and looks over himself. "No ma'am. I'm ok. He healed me right up. Even fixed my knee that I busted last week down at the docks." The man continues helping Saige and the undead sort through rubble.
