Saige and Storm walk outside of Volaire

Saige exits the Manor portal with Storm, and begins to head in the direction of the city gate. She walks quietly, examining the state of the town. As they exit the city, Saige squeezes Storm’s arm.

Storm whistles as they pass the devastation of the town.
"This is gonna take some time to rebuild..." She falls quiet again and when Saige squeezes her arm, she nudges the Elf. "You okay?"

“Storm.” She looks up, eyes slightly watery but with a fiery determination. “I want to build a place. Somewhere people can go and stay no matter who they are, or what they are, as long as they abide by some rules while they stay.”

She stops and takes Storm’s hands.

“I want to build it with you. If you want?”

Storm stares at Saige for a brief moment before she cracks a wide smile. "I'd love that, Saige." She squeezes Saige's hands. "I don't know how we'll do it but I think it's a great idea and I'm willing to put in the work. As long as there are no spoons and no soup." She laughs.

Saige grins and then hugs Storm happily.

“Definitely no spoons or soup.” She chuckles. “I don’t know how we’d do it either, but we definitely can.”

She lets her go and starts walking again, still holding Storm’s arm.

“Let’s go back to my camp for a bit, then I need to go update Jade and Miquella on everything that’s happened.”

Storm returns Saige's hug tightly. Then begins walking alongside her, happily keeping her arm looped with Saige's. "Oh yeah. I guess I should talk to Miquella or Marquanthis too. One of em needs to know. So let's check on camp and then head over to the Guild of Light I guess. Since we both need to chat with them."
