Help!

"Here. Take this." He says as he pulls a small crossbow with a single bolt with a very bright orange tip from his biggest pouch. "If you run into trouble fire it into the air. It'll signal those who see it to your location."

I didn't catch your name, milady" He says while offering a small bow. "My name is Blodwulf, at your service. May I get you a drink before you leave?"

She looks at the crossbow, and shakes her head slightly.

"Preciate it, but no thanks. If I get into trouble I'll just call a bear or whoever is nearby or step into a tree. Perks of working with nature instead of against it. I've always got friends around."

She cringes slightly at the m'lady and glances at her bare feet covered in dirt.

"I'm not much of a lady, but you can call me Mari, and I'll have to take you up on that drink offer once the goblins are taken care of."

Blodwulf reaches for Maris arm. "I insist that I come with you. It's just another eye" He chuckles as he points to his missing eye. "What harm could it do?"

She quickly jerks her arm away as not to be touched, and sighs. "Fine. As long as you give me your word you will not harm anyone or any living thing unless we are attacked first? I will not stand for the bloodshed of innocent creatures just looking to survive. And yes, that includes goblins and trolls as they are included in the unlucky group who cannot live as we do and are merely trying to protect their families and find supplies to survive."
