The exterior of the emporium is adorned with an eclectic mix of artifacts—weathered banners, mystical symbols, and odd trinkets hanging from twisted vines, reflecting Peyote's penchant for collecting the curious and the extraordinary.

As patrons enter, the air is rich with the scent of exotic herbs, and a hazy, ethereal light permeates the space. The main chamber is a kaleidoscope of colors, with tapestries and mismatched rugs covering the walls and floor. The shelves, seemingly carved from the trunks of ancient trees, sag under the weight of an expansive assortment of curiosities—crystals, potion bottles, peculiar statuettes, and artifacts from distant lands.

Peyote Blayde himself, dressed in the vibrant and tattered garb of a wild elf, can often be found amid the clutter. His high elven features stand out, juxtaposed against the chaotic backdrop of his collection. His eccentric attire, adorned with leaves, feathers, and trinkets, reflects his wild and unconventional persona.

Behind the cluttered counter, where an assortment of vials and flasks are arranged in a seemingly chaotic order, Peyote concocts his hallucinogenic elixirs. The air is filled with the pungent aroma of brewing potions, and the occasional swirls of colored smoke add to the mystical atmosphere. Visitors may catch glimpses of the enigmatic high elf sampling his own creations, lost in the kaleidoscopic visions they induce.

"Splendid!"
He reaches under the counter and retrieves a small pouch. As he raises it over the counter, a rancid but also somewhat floral scent wafts over the counter.
"I shall begin right away. Please make yourselves at home."
He opens the pouch and dumps its contents onto the counter. The smell only grows in strength as the small, bright orange flower buds bounce onto the surface. With his hand, he sweeps the flowers into a stone mortar and grinds them into a fine powder with a matching pestle. His hands move skillfully, taking no time at all to reduce the buds to a workable consistency before adding several pinches of other substances from jars lining the wall behind the counter.
He pours the mixture out on the counter and adds flour, sugar, and cacao powder in a pile on top of it. In a bowl, he cracks a fresh egg and adds a bit of oil and water, whisking it together. With his fingers, he creates a crater in the pile of dry ingredients and empties the liquid mixture into it.
Peyote then pours Oil of Slipperiness onto his hands and mixes, pounds, and kneads the mixture into a sticky dough. He dips his hands in a vat of Alchemical Solvent, removing the oil from his hands, and then rolls the dough out into a sheet. He cuts the dough into circles using the edge of a small bowl, then carefully places the unbaked cookies onto a metal baking pan.
"There we are, and now these will be ready in just a few moments. Excuse me."
He takes the sheet of cookies into another room, returning after a moment with a smile on his face. He takes a seat at a small table and motions to the other chairs.
"I have the Ice Elemental in there tending to the ales. They will be chilled and the cookies freshly baked shortly. While we wait, let's discuss what you've brought from the desert, shall we?"

"I'm always down for cookies! Might pass on the ale though." Saige smiles, waiting patiently.

Storm watches him as he works, her attention fully locked on what he is doing as she stands fascinated by the work. "Woooow. You sure do work fast, Peyote."

She follows him over to the table, making sure to carefully collect her items and then brings them over to the table where she carefully unloads her arms. "I hope I brought you some useful stuff. Scorpions are some nasty critters. And those snakes! They were huge!"

She takes a seat after setting her things down. "By the way, those blades you made me?" She kisses the tips of her fingers and then explodes them outward. "Pieces of art, those are."

Peyote laughs, "Oh please, I haven't worked in years. This is all just for funsies."

He begins picking up and inspecting the items on the table, "Yes, all the creepy crawly creatures in the desert are bothersome. That's why I prefer to stay where it's green. Ooo these venom pouches are interesting.... not sure what I could do with this tumbleweed but I'll certainly take it! This is interesting.... ooo pointy, haha! I'll take that as well... Hmmmm I could take the lot for... we'll call it 300 gold pieces or 400 in credit."

"Ooh ooh! You know that drink we made for my tea party? We have to make more stuff together, it was like, super fun." Saige claps her hands together. "If you have time after going through Storm's stuff, we should totally experiment!"

She turns to Storm.

"I wonder what kind of stuff we could make..."

Storm seems to think for a moment and then nods. "I'll take the store credit. I know I'll probably need something from you eventually. Could probably use some stuff to help me defend against Earth magics honestly... We'll save that for another time though! It's ale time!"

Storm turns her attention to Saige and smiles warmly. "If you make anything near as neat as that tea you made at the tea party, I'd love to try it. I'll be your guinea pig!"
