A New Weapon

One evening, a little winged person and a tall winged person walk together into the Artisan's Guild. The tall winged person looks around briefly before heading for the counter. 

"Sup, Sylvia. Zuiigri around? I may have a project for him if he's willing." Storm points over her shoulder at the little winged person with her. "It's for my new friend here. I think he should come meet her anyways."

Sylvia looks down at Nill with a grunt and turns to head through the entrance to the back of the shop. Storm looks down at the pixie.

"My friend Zuiigri is a pretty amazing smith so I'm certain he can make something for you." Storm tilts her head. "You've probably never met a beastkin. Well, he's part wolf. Wolf, okay? Not dog or anything. He's part wolf and that's important. See, it's rude to call him a dog, like it's rude to call my kind lizards and your kind... It's rude is all I'm getting at. But anyways, he's a good dude. I'm sure he'll help us out."

Nill gives Storm a nod in acknowledgment.

“I will be calling him Zuigrii. Do not have the worrying.”

As she looks around, her posture tightens, shoulders drawing in just slightly. Though her face remains perfectly neutral, her wings twitch in small, restless flicks at each sound coming from somewhere in the guild.

“It is having the loud here…” she adds quietly, retreating a small step behind Storm.

It takes a few minutes before Zuigrii steps out. Storm would notice pretty quickly that he is a few inches taller than he was during their last interaction. 

“Hey there Storm. I was told you got something for me to do and someone for me to meet?”

He finally fully looks at the two standing in front of him. He takes a second to soften his stance when he notices the pixie using Storm as a shield. 

“I assume you are the someone that I’m supposed to meet?”

Jade walks into the building and sees the others already speaking to Zuiigrii. She stands to the side and waits her turn. She leans against the wall slumping a little.

Zuigrii flicks his eyes to Jade as he notices her enter before focusing back on the two in front of him.

Nill tilts her head up towards Zuigrii and gives a single nod.

For a moment she lingers behind Storm, then slips out into full view. The pixie is small, and dressed entirely in black. Two black wings rest at her back, and a pair of dark horns curve towards her head. Silver piercings scatter across her face and along her pointed ears.

She steps forward and performs an odd series of hand motions before extending an open palm towards Zuigrii in greeting.

“I am calling myself Nill.” She says evenly. “You are being Zuigrii?” 

Her expression does not shift through the interaction, just remains blank and unreadable. 

“You have the making of sticks?”
