Mari walks up

"Right. Mouse eater guy. Cruel horrible purple dude." She shutters and shakes her head, then begins rummaging in her bag.
"I think I have some peppermint. I usually have some with me cause it's so tasty. There's a patch of basil just a few feet into the wood line towards the north side of the graveyard. I think. There was some basil out there last I checked. But the weather's not right so there might not be enough there to harvest without harming the plant."
She digs around for a few minutes and pull out a small bundle of half dried peppermint leaves wrapped in string and moves to hand it to her, slamming into the inner ward in the process.
"Ow!" She shakes her head again and grumbles at the ward. "Stupid magic."

”oh! Thank you! I’ll go around that area and see what I can scrounge up. The Mage Guild’s chemist is a wonderful bubble of fun and curiosity when it comes to things. I’m simply just using her help to create better potions.”

She gives a wave back to Saige. ”Ten I leave the story to you, Miss Saige. I shall see you all later. I’ll be at the tavern tonight, doing some work and whatnot. Feel free to stop by my table.”

Miquella shakes his head seeming ti awaken from his day dream. “Hello Astra, sorry I wasn’t paying attention. Just stuff on my mind. Ward down.” He awaits for movements until the area is cleared before putting the ward back up.

Once the wards are lowered, Mari passes Astra the bundle of peppermint and returns to her seat on the couch taking a sip from her tea. "I don't know why orcs don't wanna be friends Saige. I've only met a few of them, and for the most part, they're usually quite angry and aggressive. But I don't know why. I don't know much about orcs. I don't know much about anything really beside plants and animals. And fey. I know fey. Sort of."

"Oh! Mari, are you okay? I forget about the wards too, stupid magic..."

Saige looks at her friend in concern for a moment, then turns back to Astra and says, "Bye Astra! I might stop by later!"

As Mari sits, Saige listens to her words and looks deep in thought.

"Maybe we should try to figure out why they're so angry, and try to be their friend? That was the first time I had ever seen an orc. Surely they can't be all bad. Maybe just misunderstood. Like Mr. Jagged Teeth Man.... It might be dangerous, but if I could find a way to talk to them without dying, I could try be their friend! Maybe bring some nice food? And of course rocks. And if I became their friend, they wouldn't kidnap people anymore, or try to kill us, or rip us apart with a skeletal drake! What do you think?"

"Uuh. You can try? It sound too dangerous and scary for me."
She seems to think for a moment, suddenly looking back up holding up a finger.
"Tea! I can make some tea to help calm everyone's nerves when you go to talk to them. Might help?"
