Return From The Library

Storm looks down at the map again and nods. "Yeah. I'd say snow is a safe bet. We're gonna be high up and it is called the Frostgem Mountains. But maybe we'll be far enough south that it won't be too terribly snowy." She looks back at Saige. "Snow is pretty nice. But snow also brings out tougher to handle creatures so we've gotta be extra careful."

“Do we still have to do the whole ‘working’ thing so Miquella will let you go?”

Saige brushes some feathers off of the bed and sits. She gives Storm a sheepish smile.

“I’ll get you a new pillow, sorry about that.”

Storm chuckles. "I'm sure I can snatch a pillow from am empty room or something. It's okay. As far as working, we can spread the word that the Guild of Light is looking for new members while we're passing through Dalefaer and Nilheim. Then again on the way back. We just have to make an effort to recruit right? See if we find any takers and send em this way."

“What if we snatched pillows from all of the rooms?” Saige grins mischievously. “It would be so funny, nobody would have a pillow, and we’d have all of them and could fight!”

She thinks for a second.

“Or maybe we could just take specifically Miquella’s pillows. He has to have a lot, right?”

"I don't even think we could sneak into his room to steal his pillows. He's got wards everywhere." Storm chuckles. "You're so mischievous. I suppose I'm supposed to stop you from doing anything too crazy. So what can we actually get up to?"

"Boo. Magic sucks. I'll find a way around the wards someday."

Saige sighs and flops back onto the bed, now staring at the ceiling.

"Well if you stop me from getting in trouble, that probably just leaves whatever is in here. I could draw more pictures to send to people to confuse them. I like imagining their reactions. We could play a game, or you could tell me more stories about your adventures. Got any ideas?"
