Two Princes

Kalil chuckles at Miquella's attempt to cast magic on him and then steps directly in his path to block his view of Connor.

"Not gonna happen." He grins and throws a punch at Miquella's gut.

Connor moves quickly, ducking out of the way and shoving the staff end into the guardians chest then follows it up with a kick to try and knock it off balance.

Feeling the pain of the punch Miquella gives a little smile as he collects himself the guardian senses the pain of his ally. He grabs Connor’s leg and swings him at Kalil. He then moves to get between Miquella and the opposing duo. Miquella says another quick incantation on himself as his muscles seems to fill with magical energy. The guardian seems to grow ever so slightly becoming for formed for an attack stance instead of defense. It charges at Kalil closing the gap, and Miquella proceeds to join the guardian in his assault. Keeping an eye on Connor waiting for an opening.

Connor let's out a yelp as the guardian grabs his leg and then swings him around at Kalil. Kalil twists around just in time to catch hold of Connor, grunting at the impact. He sets Connor on his feet and turns back around to Miquella and the guardian.

Connor swings the staff out at Miquella and Kalil pushes off his feet to charge at the guardian, talons growing on his right hand which he swipes at the guardian.

Miquella ducks and moves back from Connor. He grabs a wooden staff and takes a defensive stance against Connor.

The faceless guardian takes the impact of Kalil’s claw. The damage sticks to the guardian as it’s bulky exterior changed to a more nimble. The claw marks are apparent on its torso and goes to leg sweep Kalil. It works to anticipate his avoidance of the attack and his upper half spends rapidly to strike him in the air.

Connor smiles and begins a series of swings at Miquella. First aiming for his head, then his left side, then his legs, then his side again.

Kalil nimbly does a back handspring to avoid the leg sweep and predicted swing at his jump. Landing in a crouch, he grins and then pushes off the ground to leap at the guardian, aiming his knee for the spot where it's face should be then leaping off its shoulders with both feet slamming into its upper back.
