Two Princes

Kalil has moved on to stretching his legs and pauses mid leg stretch to look at Miquella. "Oh? Two on two? Who would you get to join?"

Connor sighs. "Toe rurm, Kalil."

Kalil turns to Connor with a mischievous grin. "Meo durd."

Miquella closes his eyes for a moment and a guild guardian that is bulkier then the rest starts to move near by. He moves onto the training area. “This is one of the training guardians. I call him Syrio.” He smiles, “They can take a hit, they’re fast, but they are programmed to only train. So they will not hurt the opponent just detain….I have to train with someone when everyone is off doing their thing.” He chuckles

Kalil nods and finishes his stretch. "Ah, a guardian. Okay. I can work with that." He turns to Connor. "First round, together?"

Connor shrugs and steps forward. "Sure. Since it's just training, I won't worry about being on your back. Just don't get hit too hard."

Connor leans in, chuckling, and kisses Kalil's cheek before stepping to his side and dropping into stance with the staff in front of him. Kalil draws his swords and sets them aside before stepping forward and lowering himself into stance as well.

"Let's do this." He has a wide grin on his face.

Miquella takes a deep breath, “I endow myself with strength of the ancients.” His muscles seem to flex as magical energy moves through his body. Miquella smiles, “Sounds good to me.” He leans forward and uses the magical strength to propel him forward at great speed. Miquella will work on hitting Kalil away with a kick to the side with his strength. Then guardian even though it looks bulky and heavy moves with speed to close the gap between itself and Connor. It has clear intentions of grabbing him.

Kalil drops his arm to block the kick and the drops low to sweep his leg under Miquella's.

Connor brings the top of the staff down on the guardian's head before jumping to the side, away from its path. He swings the staff at its back.

Miquella takes the hit and braces himself before hitting the ground. He jumps back up and works to grab Kalil’s wrist, “By the arts I curse you with weakness.” And Miquella looks to Connor and starts another incantation.

The guardian seems stalwart. Seemingly unfazed by the attacks. Its thick exterior definitely shows it’s made to take a hit and keep going, but it moves its hand around to strike Connor.
