One morning...

Miquella smiles, “Let me go ahead and step to the side. I would hate crowd. I am sure you all have more hands to shake.” He bows to all of them. Then he looks at Jade and smiles, “Hello Jade, it’s nice to see you.”

"Of course!" Zinna smiles and laughs. "We throw much better parties! I'm slowly teaching the boys how to have a right and proper good time, but thick skin, thick scales, thick heads." She chuckles as she jokes with Jade. She glances to Selena who's still carefully watching the crowd, her hands now switched to one on Connor's shoulder as the other rests on the multi colored sword on her other hip. Zinna rolls her eyes and looks back to Jade. "Always so serious and boring." Her eyes light up even more, if that was possible and she bounces towards Jade and Miquella. "You two simply have to join us for the party later!"

Miquella ears perk up, “Oh? I’ve never been to a party that didn’t involve us going to the graveyard. So, I would love to attend. Thank you for the invitation Zinna.” He smiles.

"But graveyard parties are so fun."

Jade cracks a smile as she teases Miquella.

"I would be honored to attend. Thank you my lady. "

Kalil perks up with a grin. "Zinna throws the best parties! There's always a huge bonfire too. And lots of dancing."

Connor's eyes brighten and he clasps his hands excitedly under his chin, "A party? Yay! Oh this will be so much fun!"

Jedash looks around incredulously, "I said dinner, not par-- Ugh..." He turns to one of the soldiers nearby, "Get word back to the Manor to prepare for a Ball. Lady Zinna will be in charge. Let Merrunos know that I've authorized expenses that the Princess may incur in her planning. Stand by for her instructions."

He glances at Selena and shrugs, then returns his attention to the conversations happening around him.
