Jade passing time

Jade laughs as the goo explodes. She tries to rein her laughter in as Selina cools down.

"Well, of course. I would never Han somebody a sword without teaching every aspect of it. I'm not an idiot. I would teach them as I was taught by my elders."

Selena nods and sighs. "Right. Sorry. I know you were taught right." She rubs the bridge of her nose for a moment before she resumes trying to clear out the desk. "So yeah, teaching darkness and necromancy. I think I'll be good for ya. And it'll be nice to not have to worry about a teacher having random people make random undead and just setting them free into the world." She looks up at Jade. "But I have no idea how long they're gonna take in there. Between the older than Marquanthis fucks, and the young, hyper, easily distracted basically kids, it might take awhile before they actually reach a decision."

Miquella walks into the academy mumbling to himself and in deep thought. Once he walks in he sees Selena and Jade conversing. “Oh hello, I wasn’t expecting to see you both here…” he takes a moment and sees Selena’s state, “Will you please let me help you.”

Jade turns around when she hears Miquella.

"I can already answer that for you."

Jade clears her throat and does her best Selina impression.

"I'm fine. I don't *neeeeed* help. I am a big strong Knight Master who can shoulder all these burdens by myself because I can't accept help."

Jade smiles and playfully sticks her tongue our at Selina.

"Love you, though. Even if you are stubborn. "

"Hey." Selena yawns and rubs her eyes, then tilts her head at Miquella, glancing to the crate and back to him. "Help me? What?..."
She looks to Jade as she starts to answer for her, chuckling at her playful mockery.

"Well if y'all wanna go take care of the bandits and fuckery so I don't have to, I'd appreciate it."

She resumes gathering things from the desk, then suddenly hurls a vial at the farthest wall just in time for it to explode leaving a purplish shimmering spot on the wall. "Should not have touched that one." She says with a chuckle.

"Why are there so many traps? What is the reason for all of this?"
