Lockdown

Several hours before dawn, all of the Knights of Forsetidale can be seen retreating to the Forsetidale Embassy. A contingency of Foresetidale soldiers stands guard at the front doors, allowing no one in or out of the Embassy.

Shortly after, a portal opens in Volaire proper and Selena bursts from the portal a moment later on the back of a black horse. The horse with flaming eyes has red flames for a mane and tail and flames erupt from it's hooves at it gallops through the center of town. Selena stops for no one, people jumping and diving to get out of her way as she soars through the town and out onto the main road, disappearing in moments.

People begin whispering through the streets with questions about what is going on and where the Commander is going. Draconian's whisper back and forth in Draconian while they rush to their posts and await orders.

Hearing the commotion Miquella will exit the guild of light looking into the town. “Outer ward up” he then makes his way to the Forsetidale embassy.

He looks upon the confused faces and once he gets to the embassy he will approach a guard, “What is going on?”

Jade can be seen entering town from one of the roads that lead to Seshtau. She is followed no longer by her two fellow haltija but now by a large humanoid figure who looks to be made with mismatched parts. She notices the commotion and quickly makes her way to Miquella.

At his approach, all of the soldiers at the door stop whispering, stand a little straighter, and look straight ahead.

One of the soldiers, standing more towards the center, clears his throat. "Guildmaster Miquella! Good morning. No one is allowed into or out of Foresetidale at this time."

Miquella looks irritated, “Why is the embassy on lockdown?” He try’s to compose himself as he sees Jade approaching with her patchwork companion.

*looking out the window of his quarters on the green fairy Blodwulf gathers his weapons and gear and rushes down the gangplank. About an hour later he arrives at the guild of light yelling and banging on the ward* "Miquella! What's going on? Miquella!" His anxiety raising he yells "come down and let the ward down. Tell me what's happening!"
