Visiting Jade

Upon returning to Volaire, Saige pulls Miquella down the streets, asking him to lead her to the Seshtau embassy.

“Okay okay, hopefully Jade is there, she’ll definitely know some people.”

When they get to the embassy, Saige excitedly runs in and finds the first person she sees.

“Hi, hi, I need to see Jade, do you know where she is?”

Miquella says in response after her to the first embassy guard, “Tell the baroness that the guild master of the guild of light wishes to have an audience.”

The young man with blonde hair wearing a Seshtau favor at the embassy front desk looks up from a scroll he's scribbling on.

"Uh. The Baroness is around here somewhere. Wait here, Guildmaster." The young man stands from the desk and heads off into the bustling embassy to find Jade.

Miquella looks to Saige, “In private you can use her name, but when it comes to these soldiers you must user her title.”

“I still don’t really understand how this whole title thing works…”

Saige looks around, taking in the sights of the embassy.

The young man returns and asks you to follow him.

As you make your way behind the desk and down a couple halls, you take in the decor. The while marble floors pop against the dark wooden walls. The windows are framed with luxurious red curtains. The walls have almost antique looking tapestries that tell the tale of Seshtau's history.

Eventually you reach a heavy wooden door with a crystal doorknob. The young man knocks and opens the door. Inside is a large ornate wooden desk in the middle of the room. The walls are lined with book shelves, which are filled with all manor of books and scrolls. There are two chairs, victorian in appearance, in front of the desk.

Jade is standing behind the desk while a six foot man made of mismatched sewn together flesh. The golem is wearing a matching favor to the one Jade wears and is pulling a large painting off the wall of a dignified drow woman.

Jade hears the door open and turns to the group that has just entered. Jade thanks the young man and asks him to shut the door on the way out.

"Hello you two. Make yourselves comfortable. I'm just moving this picture of Barroness Eclipse. The officials want to replace it with a photo of me but I don't know... Anyway, how can I help you both?"

Jade takes a seat in the chair behind the desk.
