In the Seshtau Embassy...

Miquella makes his way to Jade, “So what’s up? What did y’all find? Sorry I wasn’t there. There was something happening to a village a couple of days ride away.”

Jade rubs her face with her hands in exhaustion.

"Yeah Storm told me. I've got a lot to catch you up on so be ready."

Jade holds her hand out for Miquella to sit. She then calls for Kumara to bring out drinks. The flesh golem leaves the room and returns with a tray. It has a glass decanter of water and a single glass cup and the tray is placed near the two. Jade then calls for anybody in the room to exit. As soon as they do she speaks.

"So firstly, we found a construct that was directly linked to the nexus for the plane of air. While returning this construct we met the person who overlooks a tower that protects it. He informed us that there is a group that is out to completely destroy F, D, all the current planes of magic, and Wolfrum along with the dragons who bow to him. They think that through this they can recreate everything the way they want it. They are called The Shroud."

Miquella looks stunned… “So now there is a third group….great..did he tell you any additional information about them?”

"We left the one we caught in Selina's care while we finished up. I was going to suggest we go interrogate him soon.

After that was settled, we went into the desert and found the library. The first part wasn't too bad. I got bezerked and almost rolled the party. But the weird thing was that there were skeletons raiding the library. Through using speak with dead I found out that they are collecting these books for the lich of the hero's graveyard. So I use my ring to question Valerie on why she is doing it and she gives me a lot of non answers. So naturally I'm paranoid she is up to something. "

“That is smart. The good thing is she is aware we know of her presence. What books did you uncover?”

She gestures to the pile.

"These are but a fraction that I believe to still be inside. From what I skimmed these talk about F and D and the lost brother and it touches on creation philosophy.

We made it to a room that was completely untouched and I did my best to seal it behind us. But I'm scared that if the lich finds out she will bust in. Which leads into why Saige is probably pissed at me as of current..."
