Shackled Saige....

Storm raises an eyebrow. "Why would they hate you? I don't see any reason for their opinion of you to change. As long as the truth comes out at least. Maybe if you were some crazed, bloodthirsty vampire they would have issues but you're not. You were totally justified in defending yourself. In my opinion at least. And I think others will see that too."

"It seems like that's what Miquella's trying to make me out to be." Saige grumbles. "So much for trying to prevent the town from being scared of me..."

Selena and Edgar approach the jail, and the two spend several minutes talking to the guards before they enter.

Once inside, Selena nods a hello to Storm and to Saige. Her demeanor cold and her expression void of any emotion. "I've come to see exactly what happened."

While Saige was just talking and laughing with Storm, the moment Selena walks in, Saige's demeanor changes to match the Knightmaster's. She takes a step back, but doesn't let go of Storm's hand.

"What do you mean?"

Storm looks up at Selena and gives her a brief smile. "Morning, Knightmaster. Uh... What do you mean you need to see what happened?" She straightens but doesn't let go of Saige's hand. "I mean... You want Saige's side of things? Good. I'm sure she'd be happy to tell you and so would I."

"I mean, I can see exactly what happened by viewing the incidents through your memories. So we can cut all the he said she said bullshit and save time. Get the facts without emotions blurring the truth."

She steps up closer to the bars and holds her hand out, Edgar stepping up behind her to place a hand on her shoulder.

"All you have to do is hold my hand and think about what happened, from start to finish and I'll do the rest. I'm going to do the same with Ja... Baroness Jade and Zuigrii. Actually see exactly what happened from each of your perspectives."
