Fighting off hunger

After helping them clean everything up, Kalil gathers the soldiers together in front of the guild. He turns to Miquella.

"Yeah. That was pretty fun. Despite the situation. It was actually a lot easier to talk to the people than I thought it would be." Kalil smirks. "Coming from a family of farmers was pretty helpful. If I had thought about it, I could have invited my mother. She would probably have really enjoyed helping out."

Connor claps his hands. "Yes! This was great! I think everything went really well!" He looks around at the people who are still vacating. "We got everyone fed and nothing got out of hand. Maybe we'll get lucky and it'll be like this everyday. We are doing this again tomorrow right?"

Miquella looks to Kalil, “Oh? Does your mother stay at the manor?” Then he looks to Conner, “Yes that is the plan. At least for the next 7 days. After that things may get ugly. There won’t be any more rations left. So the next gathering of hero’s we will need to put all focus on taking down the bandits, and then dealing with the cultist. If we do not handle it and reopen the city to trade. I feel the city will truly turn to anarchy.” He says as he starts to rub his neck.

"Good ting we ave so many allies." Zinna says as she walks up to the group, wiping her hands on her apron. "My people will help however we can, and I'm sure Sofira will help if she can. I've only read about it, but this city has been through a lot. The people will make it through this... inconvenience as well."

Kalil nods. "Yeah. She stays at the manor. She's often gardening or cooking." He taps a finger to his chin. "Perhaps we can help with food. I'll have to talk to Selena and Wolfrum but maybe we can spare something. We've got a lot of mouths to feed though so I don't know for sure."

Connor nods. "Zinna has a good idea. We could talk to Queen Sofira. See what they could spare too. Just something until the bandits are dealt with."

Miquella ponders for a moment, “That would be a good idea. It’s just there needs to be an authority who ask. Over all you all did wonderfully though. I’m sure the citizens will grow to love you all even more after you meet them at their level.” Miquella smiles.
