Studying Magic to find family!

"We have things that need fighting from time to time. Anything too terrible gets my attention and then I have to come out and wave my sword dick around. It'll be nice to have another decent fighter in town so I have to worry less." She chuckles.

"If you prefer to work with healers, I suggest the light guild. Magic, go on over the mage's guild, and for armor and weapons, of mortal quality anyway, check out the Ag. Most of the guild people are nice ish, usually nicer than me anyway, and won't give you too much hassle."

Selena nods and stands up, tucking her sword under her arm. "I'll let you get back to your meal, but the offer still stands. So long as you're loyal to our king, we'll do our best to be loyal to our people. Let me know if you need anything or there's any problems. You can contact me through one of my soldiers or have the light guild send me a missive."

"I can hold my own in a fight thankfully so maybe I'll be able to help in that regard." She smiles. "Thank you, Commander. I'll keep that in mind. It was nice to meet you." Storm gives her a wave before picking up her spoon. Before the food can reach her mouth, she drops it in the bowl again. "Commander! Is there anyone I should keep an eye out for? Anyone someone like me should avoid?"

Selena gives a slight bow of her head and turns to head to Miquella and Astra's table, stopping and turning when she's called to, tilting her head at the question.

"Probably... Do you mean as lightning or as a headstrong female? Avoid the fey, obviously. Uum... Avoid red and black, Seshtau, if you don't like darkness and necromancy, avoid green and white, Tuatha, if you don't like stuck up nature loving bitches. Blue and gold, Forsetidale, are the knights, bright knights anyway, but they respect the balance for the most part."

She focuses her eyes on the woman and seems to be looking through her as they shift to solid white for a moment before she shakes her head, her eyes returning to normal.

"I don't see any major problems for you yet." She grins. "As long as you don't cause too much damage in any bar fights."

She pauses, then holds her finger up. "There is a guy, a human, usually in black leather armor wearing one of my favors. He might get on your nerves. Just don't kill him? I need him alive, for now, for reasons."

She motions towards Miquella. "Not that one though. That one's mine and is fairly easy to get along with."

Miquella looks to Storm and smiles as he gives a slight wave.

Storm laughs. "I'll do my best not to start any brawls." She nods with a smile. "I'll keep all that in mind. Thank you for the heads up." She waves at Miquella. "Hello, there." She grins at Astra. "And hello to you as well."

Astra jumps a little in place, before sheepishly smiling back. ”Oh, uh hi!”

Astra stares, looking up at Selena. ”And hello to you too, Commander. I assume you’re here looking for Miquella?”
