A portal opens...

A portal opens just outside of the guild's Outer Ward. From the portal emerges an Elf; his long golden hair braided against both sides of his head and then pulled back into a tight ponytail that streams down his back. He's dressed in brown and white leathers, a silver circlet crown adorning his head. On either of his hips are swords that are identical in all but color; one with a black blade and white handle, the other a white blade with a black handle. He is carrying a large black leather bag that appears to be bulging from its contents.

"Outer Ward Down." He commands, and steps up onto the porch of the guild.
"Outer Ward Up. Inner Ward Down." He commands once again and steps inside the guild as the ward drops and then raises behind him.
"Wards Lock. Security Override, codeword Procella Autumn."

When he finishes speaking, the wards flash red and the guardians simultaneously bow their heads.

He storms through the guild building with purpose, ignoring anyone speaking to him until he finds Marquanthis. He walks directly up to him and forcefully grabs his shoulder, "Your quarters. Now. Let's go."

Without another word, he escorts Marquanthis to the Inner Sanctum, lowering and raising the Sanctum Ward himself as Marquanthis stutters, trying to make words but failing miserably.

minutes later, Selena's portal opens up and out she pops running full speed towards the guild, almost slamming into the outer ward when it doesn't lower for her command.
"Damn it! Sparky!"

She pouts and snorts, crossing her arms over her chest, turning to face the 20 or so draconians in black and white robes each carrying a satchel and books that followed her out of the portal.

"You 5 stay with me, You to the ag, You to Forsetidale and Seshtau. Go go." She waves off the soldiers and turns back to face the guild, the remaining robed soldiers form a semi circle around her as she waits, arms crossed and tapping her foot.

Miquella sitting around the front desk seeing the elf come through the door. His confusion sets as he hears this man’s words of order as moves through the guild. He notices as he talks to Marquanthis, and tells him to go to his quarters. Miquella gets up to move after them until he hears another portal open from the outside. He sees as Selena tries to get into the guild. He pauses and moves back to the front door. “Ward down” he says in a forceful nature in hopes to get answers. He awaits for the ward to go down and when Selena comes in he states, “ward up…what is going on? I’m assuming you know this man?”

[The wards do not lower]

A middle aged woman with brown hair and dark sunken eyes approaches the wards and stops. She looks at Selena and shrugs. Then holds up a box and shakes it before turning and taking a seat in the reception area. She crosses one leg over the other, sets the box in her lap, and stares patiently at the doorway to the inner sanctum.

*the ward does not lower*
"Hey. I was just coming to talk to you too."
She steps up closer to the ward so they can speak through it.
"He's fine. He's not a threat to anyone in there. He just found out about Marquanthis getting poisoned and he's almost as protective of his people as I am."

Selena gives the woman a upwards nod and a short wave. "Hey! Yep." She rolls her eyes and turns back to Miquella. "Anyway. He's fine. He's very upset, but he's not gonna hurt anyone in there... Unless it's someone in the guild that messed with Marq's tea."

Miquella looking irritated looks at Selena and then back at the women who sat
“it seems we are running into some difficulties at the moment. How can I help you?”
As he talks to her he says “ward down” in a more frustrated voice as he looks back at the women and smiles.
