Astra stands for a minute, listening to the group’s words. She turns back to the group, chin up as her eyes show sincerity and oddly, pain. “I apperciate the apology, as it wasn’t my intention to offend. Yes, I am new around here but I am willing to respect the ways things are done here, I only wished to fix that fountain in a way that they didn’t have to die and we didn’t need to fight. My only intention is keeping people alive and protecting life as a whole. I care much about your world, hence my line of work. We do it, thanklessly.”
She unwraps the bowl, showing the painted ward stickers and odd ropes and places it on the table. “Please, do what you must. I realize I can be a bit headstrong and stubborn, but I am willing to let you do what you need. I only wish to study it to see if I can use it back home to help the field team.
