A portal opens...

"There was time magic. At one point. I have vague memories of time traveling to fight the bitch, and get a thing, to do a thing. I don't know. That was when I just went where and when I was told and did my job."
She groans and rubs her temple as she tries to think. "I know there was ..." She seems to freeze mid sentence, staring at the ground as her mind wanders.

After a few seconds of silence, she shakes her head and her whole body, including the misshapen fairy wings on her back. "No. Doesn't matter. Don't fuck with time magic. If it still exists anyway."
She looks back up to Astra, locking eyes with her, her stern tone returning once more.
"I won't help with time shit."

“Well I suppose with the uncertainty about time magic’s uncertain existence, we’d have to be able to determine if anyone here in Volaire has seen him before. Perhaps find out if his necklace really DOES move time...”

Astra looks down, arm bent as she uses it to prop her other as she puts her hand to her mouth.

”Whenever your ready to start Commander, I will be there. I promise.”

"It'll have to be done in my home, and honestly, I don't know if I want to invite you to my home yet as I've just met you. Once I'm done here, I'll go see what I can arrange for being able to help you without you coming there. I might be able to talk with Marq and see if I can use my old room to do it."
She drops her shoulders again and points towards the necklace. "Might be more difficult and dangerous if I use that though. If it is stupid time shit. Got anything else? A portrait? Letter he wrote to you? Lock of hair? I mean I can just use your blood since your his sister, and that would probably work better than some random object."

“Ward down” Miquella steps out of the guild glyphs slightly changing over his exposed body. “Ward up” he looks relaxed but a slight fidget of his hand can be seen. He stands outside the guild looking. Expecting someone to appear.

“Unfortunately no. If my blood suffices, we can use that. I am more than okay with wherever you would like to meet, as I understand the uncertainty. I’m also fine with chaos. Anywhere is less chaotic than the Sidhe…”

Astra glances over, noticing Miquella. She looks at him, taking note of his expectant look. She watches him for a moment, noting his hand. “Uhm, I see Miquella is back, Commander. I should take my leave. I plan to take his advice and speak to the Mage’s Guild about joining them. To be around other magic users may be beneficial to me…”

Astra gives a large bow, holding her hand at her waist. “Thank you Commander. I look forward to working with you. Please summon me when you wish to begin. I am usually at the tavern with kits, creating new potions.”

She stands back up, giving Miquella a long stare, as if admiring him before a small nod as she makes her way to the Mage’s Guild.
