Astra nods, excitedly. “I’ve been learning since I was young. A former alchemist of my home resides in Volaire now, his name is Mendaciam. He was my teacher, along with my brother back in the Sihde.”

She takes a look at the herbs in Silverleaf’s hand, noting their shape, color, and subtle scent. She then notes the herbs on the table, small flowers with white petals and yellow centers, roots exposed. “What are you experimenting on Miss Silverleaf? You’re holding feverfew roots, if I’m not mistaken, which is common for obviously fevers, headaches, stuff muscles and joints, toothache, and as an antiseptic when chewed into a paste. ”

Atria's eyes widen. "Oh wow! You know your herbs!" She turns to the table and picks up a vial. "So I've been trying to work on remedy for paralysis and petrification. As far as I know, there is no known remedy for these afflictions."

”A very intriguing endevor!”

Astra digs in her bag for a moment before pulling out her journal, flipping through the pages as she hums. She taps the page as she finds it.

”Ah! There it is…if its all possible, we could try some mint for its known healing properties. Some dragon’s blood for the cleansing and purifying properties…oh uh, the herb not actual blood!”

Astra laughs, ”heh…it also adds power so it may help magnify results. Some water gathered under a full moon. If I had my hands on some basilisk oil, then this would be a cinch, but we could give that a try and see what results?”

Atria nods as Astra lists out potential ingredients. "Yes, yes. We could try that. I'll have to see if we have some dragons blood. I don't think we do but I've surprised myself before!" She steps around Astra and up to a shelf along the wall. She begins skimming the bottles and jars there. "Hm... Maybe I'll check with the merchants in town next time I see them." She frowns and turns back around. "Ah well. It's not all that important right now." She gestures to the lab. "Anyways! This is the lab! Feel free to use it any time."

Kethri smiles. "I'm glad you two seem to be getting along already."

”I’ll get to hunting to see we have extras, incase this works or we need to change our methods.

Astra smiles at Miss Kethri. ”Me as well. It can be hard to find others who appreciate this practice and magic.”

Kethri gestures to the door. "Well, there is one last thing to show you for now. Your room. It's not much but it is a good place to go and study or rest."

Atria smiles and waves. "Well it was nice meeting you and I'm sure I'll see you around. You know where to find me anyways."

Atria turns back to the table and begins gathering her supplies together.
