Kalil finally takes a few silent moments, just listening to Saige as she sniffles. He sighs. "You know I'm going to do whatever I can to help you, right Saige? We're friends. And I look out for my friends. Just try to understand that it's out of Jade's hands now and explain your side of things to the King. I think he's a pretty understanding person and he may take that into consideration." He looks down and his shoulders droop. "I really am sorry this is happening. Like I said, I'm going to do whatever I can to help you, okay?" He looks up and sticks his hand through the bar, holding out a fist. "We're still friends, right, Saige?"
