A portal opens...

Astra snaps her head back up, “Hush! She’s dealing with necrotic recoils! That is just as powerful on its own! She needs a moment of rest and quiet!”

She sighs, “I have the bowl. Its warded in my bag with ropes and warding charms from my home. We collect these items. I have it handled. Let me show you and Commander Selena that I can handle my own and be helpful to the guild.”

Miquella snaps his head and stands up. “You have done enough! You are not a citizen of this domain, you are not one of her companions. As a member of the guild of light. She will be treated here in the guild. Not in some secluded hole you call a home. That bowl has caused enough havoc for one day. I would strongly advised handing that thing over to someone who can properly handle it.” He kneels back down to Jade clenching his jaw.

Jade reaches in her side satchel and grabs something. She looks between the two with wide eyes.

"I... I n-need it. I NEED TO EAT!"

In an instant Jade grabs Astra's out reached hand and magical energy envelops both of their hands.

"I BIND YOUR LIMBS IN A WEB OF FORCE!"

Astra's arms snap to her sides and her feet become unable to move as if she is being held down by an invisible force. Jade pulls her hatchet from her satchel and swings it down into her shoulder. As blood begins to pour Jade pulls the hatchet out. She starts to dig her hand into the wound and sucks the fresh blood from her fingers.

Miquella seeing the action that Jade has taken. He quickly stands up and places his hand on Jades back, “By my will I compel you to Slumber.”

Jade falls to the ground limp. Her eyes are closed and she softly snores.

With a quick fall to the ground, Astra sits on her knees. She looks over at Jade, soundly asleep. “At least you’ll be okay…”

She looks up at Miquella. “Just as useless as I was told. All I do to care for others, and this is what I get…how peculiar.” She laughs a little. “Do not act as if I am any lesser to you, those acts come back to haunt you. I’ll take my leave finally. I do not wish to make enemies, but allies. It appears I do not find those yet who will believe a word I say or accept me yet. I understand.”
