A portal opens...

“My mother moon…” Astra stumbles, holding the bowl taken from Jade. “What is that AWESOME being?!”

Astra stands there agape, almost excited but curious of the being before them.

Jade tries to scramble to her feet. She takes a couple steps and collapses again. She is gasping for air as she tries to stand again. She looks around and spots a nearby shady tree and runs as fast as she can. She stumbles most of the way trying to shade her face and eyes with her hands. Once she reaches the trunk of the tree she falls to her hands and knees. She stays in this position trying to catch her breath.

Scrambling to put the bowl back into her bag, Astra begins scaling trees and looking up at the being, curiosity getting the better of her. Unsure if it can understand her, she speaks up fully aware of the worse outcome:

“Uh, hello? Are you sentient? What’s going on? Either way, you’re super cool!”

Miquella moves to the end of the hallways. Attempting to reach the entrance. He looks behind him and yells, “remove the damn lockdown!”

The humanoid being stares silently at Astra and tilts its head.

Ivan storms down the inner sanctum hall. When he reaches Miquella and the entrance he says: "Ward down." The ward lowers and he steps through, waiting for Miquella to step through with him before saying "Ward up" and continuing his path to the front of the guild.

At the entrance of the guild, he looks out at the people gathered and sighs. "Inner ward down." The inner ward lowers and he waits for Miquella to step through with him before continuing. "Inner ward up. Outer ward down." The two step outside the guild. "Outer Ward up."

Ivan takes several steps out of the guild before turning to look at what has everyone's attention. "By all the Planes..."

Miquella surveys the area to see what is going on. He seeing Astra looking up at the guardian and then seeing Jade in pain under a tree. Miquella turns to look up at the guardian waving his hands, “Stand Down! Everything is okay!” Hoping the guardian retreated back into the garden. Miquella moves to Jade. “Where are you hurt? What is going on?” He moves to see any damage on her person. *healing arts*
